DEPOSITS
The Government introduced tenancy deposit protection to ensure tenants received their deposit or a fair proportion thereof at the end of their tenancy. For all Assured Shorthold Tenancies, it is the legal obligation of the Landlord to deposit the funds within 30 days of receipt with one of the schemes to safeguard the deposit taken.

PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE
We uphold a regular maintenance programme for our properties. For our inspections we use highly recommended software to ensure all items are covered and any issues are dealt with and we use local reliable certified tradesmen to complete any tasks required. Mid-term inspections are also carried out and detailed inventories are taken for every property.
